Driving down the road contemplating life
moving through the pain and strife so I can strike
at the heart of my goals, the trophies I will hold, to
take life by the reigns as I'm not timid but bold

The old me is dead and gone and good riddance
I'm bout to achieve greatness so bear witness
with 100% conviction and no misgivings as 
I know a failure is not the end but the beginning

Cultivating a mindset to bring about positive change
switching out my watch 'cause it been time to change
time to do it properly, stop throwing salt in the game 
as I work toward excellence, life will never be the same.
